To convene practitioners and stakeholders from the Global South and allied organizations to share experiences, challenges, and emerging practices on community ownership in utility-scale RE.

To explore policy, financing, governance, and implementation mechanisms that enable equitable community participation.

To build a knowledge and practice base for Global South civil society organizations and other stakeholders to learn from one another and develop more practical, effective ways to support the realization of community co-ownership in utility-scale RE projects.

To document and disseminate practice-oriented knowledge products to support broader uptake of community ownership models.
